(everything abt xx in this post is my personal opinion of her as a blogger. I do not know the real xx and have no right to judge her)
23 june, 2005 the day that xiaxue can't handle her fame anymore.
I remember i wrote of how i'm a closet xx groupie on my personal blog ( entry: she whose name shall not be mention). Well, i stop read her blog after she sort of ask for money or should i say her fans volunteer to give her money to buy a camera she misplaced. At the moment I feel that i don't want to read xx anymore. Why? It's simple, i don't think its right, i don't see eye to eye wif her anymore , i don't wanna read it anymore.
I never leave any comments on her blog before, i'm just a bystand, never comment just observe.
She mention that "Why are people telling me things like, "More people used to love you than hate you now most people just hate you - close down your blog"" Yes, lots of my friends says that xx has change, she's no longer the xx they know.
I , on the other hand, am happy to see that change. I want to observe how she mature as a blogger, how she handle her fame, how far can a famous local blogger go, how can she keep it real and how long will the whole thing last.
But sometimes, i'll just read her archieves instead. The funny stuffs she used to write
As i mention earlier, I stop reading xx till the spg incident. I was quite tulan when i saw Newpaper interview her about the spg incident ( i didn't know that she commented on spg's breast before that). I was thinking " Does spg need her approval to get famous? Why interview her?"
That night i saw wan bao with her photo but the caption was about spg instead. My first reaction is "Wow thats a real blooper!" For an account on the whole event you can read her blog.
That's the event that bring me back to the pink page again, to see another milestone in her blog. xx has certainly generated lots of interest online. You'll always see people with strong opinons on her post, her enemies wanna kill her, her groupies will become human shield for her. When is the last time you see singaporeans have such extreme opinons on anything?
I shall be reading xx for the next few weeks to see how things turn out. I'll neither support nor condamn her. I'm just a bystand, never comment just observe.
